• Business Disputes

We handle lawsuits involving businesses, representing either side. Don’t ask us to write you a detailed contract or to prepare your will! We do      lawsuits, not prevention. If you need a referral to a “prevention” attorney (known as a “transactional lawyer”), a bankruptcy or any other      non-litigation attorney, please contact us for a referral. No one can do it all; we restrict our practice to litigation.

  • Insurance Coverage and “Bad Faith” Cases

Mr. Kapp has been involved in insurance coverage disputes since the late 1970s. These cases can be either a subclass of “business dispute”      cases or even a form of a personal injury case, depending on lots of factors, including the type of insurance involved and the identity of the      victims.
