Our offices are on Wilshire Blvd. in the mid-Wilshire district, 1 block east of Western Ave.  The building is on the west side of a twin office buildings; our building is the one closer to Western Avenue.  Chase Bank is located on the first floor.  Parking can be approached either from Oxford St. on the west or Serrano St. on the east.  There is also street parking and now $5 all day covered parking across the street.  Please see the parking recommendations below. 

Lobby entrances are located on Oxford Street and in the center of the complex near the fountains.  The building is across the street from CVS.  The office is on the Fifth Floor, at the end of the hallway to your right  (Follow the sign.)  

From the City

The office is located 1 short block east of the intersection of Wilshire Blvd. and Western Avenue.  Generally, the best approach is to take the Santa Monica (10) Freeway to the Western Avenue exit, which is west of Downtown.  Take the offramp North approximately 4 miles to Wilshire.  Turn right on Wilshire.  Go 1 very short block to Oxford, turn left.  The office is in the Wilshire Colonnade complex, in the west building

From the Valley

Take the Ventura Freeway to the Hollywood Freeway towards downtown.  Get off at Western Avenue.  At the end of the ramp, make a left and go to Western Avenue (about 100 yards).  Then turn right (south) onto Western. Go south approximately 4 miles; have patience – Western is always very busy.  Turn left on Wilshire, go one short block and turn left onto Oxford.  Our building is at the corner of Wilshire and Oxford.

Parking Around 3731 Wilshire Blvd.

There is limited metered one hour parking on Oxford (the small street adjacent to the office building on the west).  There is restricted parking there Tuesday and Wednesday mornings for street cleaning; after 6 p.m., there is unrestricted free parking (normally).  If you stay over the allotted time, the City's parking control (meter maids!) will ticket you.  It is normally a $40 ticket.  If you park on the street, make sure that you read and understand the signs very carefully!!  If you make a mistake, you will be ticketed!

You can park in the building; the rates are $1.50 for each 15 minutes with a maximum of $13.00.  As we do not receive any discounts on validations and it is not customary for law firms to validate parking, we do not do validate.

You can park across the street from the building's entrance on Oxford Street for $5.00 for the entire day.  This is in a covered parking structure. The entrance to the multi storied parking structure is located on the West side of Oxford Street halfway between Wilshire and 6th Street.

Public buses, including the Dash bus (25 cents per trip) run every few minutes on Wilshire Blvd. and on Western Avenue.

Metro Red Line (Subway)

We suggest that, if it is practical, you consider taking the subway to visit the office; this system was completed in 2000, is clean and an unique experience, especially for long-term Los Angeles residents.  The Blue and Green Lines connect in downtown L.A.  The "Red Line" subway stop is 1 short block from the office, at the southeast corner of Wilshire and Western.  As this is one end of the "Red Line" service, all of the appropriate subway trains are identified as "Wilshire/Western" trains.  Coming from the San Fernando Valley you will need to change trains at the Wilshire/Vermont station (lower platform) to catch the "Wilshire/Western" trains  CVS Pharmacy is located next to the Red Line station and across the street from the building.  

The cost of the subway is $1.25 per person one way and $5.00 for a day pass.  Seniors and disabled the trip is $.55 one way and $1.80 for a day pass.  There are ticket machines at every Metro station which give change, so this is easy!
