Sheri Kapp has been the office administrator of the Law Offices of Howard Kapp in excess of 20 years.

Sheri Kapp holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology both from California State University, Northridge.   Ms Kapp is conversant in spoken Spanish and has taught English as Second Language courses to adults from many diverse backgrounds.  Ms Kapp, who holds numerous teaching credentials, has extensive administrative and teaching experience at the university, community college, and adult education, elementary and preschool levels. Sheri also has extensive experience with accounting and auditing.

Ms Kapp has the patience and knowledge of working with severely-injured clients under stress and with limited understanding/knowledge of a subject matter.  Therefore, Ms Kapp is one of the client’s go-to people.

Ms Kapp is responsible with the day-to-day smooth running of the office.  She works with Regina Wilcots, Administrative Assistant, with the potential client calls and the determination of accepted clients.  Ms Kapp coordinates with Mr. Kapp and Ms Wilcots to insure that our cases are given individual, aggressive, and continuing handling.  Cases are processed, under Mr. Kapp’s supervision, by Ms Kapp and Ms Wilcots mainly until that the claim is either settled or a lawsuit is filed.  Clients calling into the office for status or for assistance in obtaining case-related evidence will be discussing their cases, in most instances, with Ms Kapp and Ms Wilcots.

Ms Kapp is extremely proud of her Pharmacist daughter and her son in law who is a Vice President of a major entertainment company.   Her daughter and son-in-law have two daughters, who are the Apples of their Grandma’s eyes!

And, yes, Sheri Kapp has known Howard Kapp throughout their lives: they are brother and sister!

Regina Wilcots is a former Early Childhood teacher and director and has worked for The Law Offices of Howard A. Kapp for 4 years.

Ms. Wilcots takes full detailed notes of your potential case and is trained to answer a vast majority of your questions regarding your case.  
In addition to new and potential case calls, Ms. Wilcots duties include corresponding with clients, attorneys, courts, insurance companies, health care providers and others.

Ms. Wilcots works closely with Attorney Howard A. Kapp and our Office Administrator Sheri Kapp on all cases.
